As we continue our rapid growth in the UAS/UAV market we are looking for experienced talent to help us achieve our goal of maintaining the agile and innovative problem-solving capabilities we offer. We currently have a need for an experienced Computer Support Technician. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Entry level position to provide technical assistance, investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems of users. Install, troubleshoot, & maintain, PC’s and printers, software, and peripheral devices. Perform routine hardware/software adds, moves and changes. Additional duties would include data entry, & data analysis.
* Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, printers and peripheral equipment. * Maintain PC’s to company standards * Prepare new systems for users * Move and set up systems in conjunction with personnel moves. * Other duties as required
Knowledge - Skills & Abilities Required:
* Strong verbal communication skills. * Solid working knowledge of PC's. * Hands on software and hardware troubleshooting skills. * Proficient in MS applications. * Entry level network troubleshooting. Education:
* HS Diploma required or equivalent; * BA/BS preferred.
