Job Description 1."1. Provide part-time tape support at Indanapolis, IN. at Pearson site. 2. Provide on-call tape support when needed. 3. Create files and send files out to be EMT group. 4. Maintain a safe and clean work area. 5. Follow all safety and security rules. 6. Ensure that client work space is maintained and safe at all times
Scope of Work Tapes will be exchange every Tuesday and for restores when needed during the week.
Required Skills Strong computer skills, high customer service skills, exceptional communication skills and flexible.
Nice to Have Skills Working knowledge of eTOC, Microsoft Excel, exchanging of tapes from ATL's and scanning of tapes.
