Job Description and Requirements:
USfalcon recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Computer Technical Support Analyst to work out of Washington, DC.

This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline and 2 years help desk or technical support experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree; or 16 years related experience required if candidate does not have a bachelor's degree.
- Final SECRET security clearance.
- One (1) of the following : A+, Network +, Security +
- Expereince with Microsoft Vista.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2007.
- Experience with installation of Network Printers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment, illustrated by previous related professional level experience.
- Demonstrated experience with end user application support.
- Demonstrated experience with Blackberries.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Proven excellent technical and analytical skills, demonstrated through previous related work experience with PC hardware and software.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous and efficient manner.
- Previous service desk supervisory experience.
- Experience with DoD computer systems and tools.
- Demonstrated skill in preparation of procedural documentation.
- Demonstrated experience with remote support operations.
- Software distribution experience.
- Familiarization with troubleshooting CAC cards.

Duties:
- Apply excellent working knowledge of PC software and hardware.
- Provide direct support to end users by supporting "how to" questions, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues in response to customer reported incidents.
- Improve the MS-Office applications support capabilities by coaching and developing members of the remote desktop support team and by participating in the development and training of the level 1 analysts for first contact resolutions.
- Establish and enforcing policies and procedures in order to meet service level agreements for problem resolution.
- Analyze team performance of support activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems.
- Report metrics and statistics on team performance.
- Responsible for learning and applying new technologies as necessary.
- Provide technical, operations, and training support to users of company's personal computers either by telephone or on-site relative to desktop hardware and software packages.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinates repairs.
- Assists in planning and designing personal computer support systems.
- Act as liaison for data transfer systems design and implementation.
- Install and tests personal computers, printers, and other peripherals; configures operating system, shrink-wrap programs, and applications software programs.
- Develop reports and databases.
- Provide technical support for personal computers.
- Additional duties as assigned.
