Design, Install, configure and implement BMC Atrium and Remedy 7.5 ITSM ( Must have hands-on experience in the Change, Configuration and Asset Management Modules) Gather business change processes/workflows from Change Manager, analyze and implement the processes/workflows into BMC Remedy Change Management System. Work with peers to create high level, technical and integration design, implement overall management solutions, and emerge them into Enterprise Management design and solutions. Customize Configuration Management and CMDB by integrating with 3rd party applications, such as MS SCCM, Cisco LMS, IBM TADDM, SNMP Management Servers, SQL databases, etc. Develop and implement automations based on overall Enterprise Management and customer's requirements. Prepare and present reports based on change, configuration, HW/SW inventory and Asset Management requirements. Document BMC Remedy ITSM design, installations, configuration, and implementation procedures.

Essential Qualifications: 5 - 7 years of BMC Remedy, Atrium CMDB administration including software installation, configuration, patching and license management. 3 years of experience in developing Remedy workflows 5 - 7 years of Remedy Administration to include software installation/patching and license management 3 years experience utilizing one of the following or similar scripting languages: Perl, Bash/Ksh/Borne/C shell, Python, JavaScript, VBScript, Jscript. 3 years experience in integrating Remedy and Atrium CMDB with other third party applications Desired Qualifications: Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC) or Remedy Skilled Professional (RSP) ITIL certifications Experience with Enterprise or Network Management Applications, such as, IBM Tivoli, CA Unicenter, HP Openview or EMC Smarts. Experience with IBM Tivoli TADDM or other Similar Discovery Mapping Tools Experience with Microsoft SCCM or Altirus Experience with Cisco LMS
