Job Summary: Design and development of applications, application-level frameworks, utilities and tools for all aspects of a credential-based identity data collection and management system. Design and develop software architectures, interfaces, and object-oriented classes in C# (.NET2.0, 3.5, 4.0) using Visual Studio 2008/2010. Create and maintainWCFservices. Create utility programs and tools for assisting in the installation and management of the software when deployed. Integrate software packages based on internal and/or third-party SDKs. Create and maintain technical documentation on the designs, implementation, and deployment scenarios. Monitor the maturity of the current state-of-the-art modular frameworks from Microsoft. Incorporate them into our existing .NETapplication framework. Qualifications, Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent and 5 yrs of experience in C# Development using Visual Studio 2005, 2008, and/or 2010; 5 yrs of experience with databases such asSQLServer 2005/2008 or Oracle 10g/11g, proficient at complex T-SQL, Stored Procedures; 3 yrs of experience utilizingAJAXTechnologies and 3 yrs of experience inWCFservices and deployments on Windows 2008/IIS7.
