Job Description Siemens Healthcare is looking for a Contract Administrator to be responsible for customer invoicing, revenue recognition, balance sheet analysis and backlog management related to US-based, Health Services contracts.
Responsibilities: - Administer HS customer contracts from signing through deinstallation - Perform order setup in PeopleSoft ERP system - Ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue recognition - Ensure timely and accurate backlog projections - Perform various accounting/closing related responsibilities - Provide financial guidance/consultation to CSG IT sales and contract support personnel, as requested - Be knowledgeable of the AR status for assigned customers - Participate in Contract Review Sessions with PMs for assigned customers - Promote Customer Satisfaction through initiating calls to assigned customers to ensure invoice
Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field - 1-3 years business experience - Knowledge of accounting/closing activities - Knowledge of software revenue recognition policies - Effective communication skills, follow-up, coordination, organization, multi-tasking, and issue management/resolution - Demonstrates leadership, teamwork, and customer services orientation - Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools - PeopleSoft ERP experience preferred
