Description
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
World Wide Technology, Inc. has an excellent opportunity available for a Contract Administrator at our Edwardsville, IL facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manages the order fulfillment process, which may include all activities from quote to delivery of product, as dictated by the scope of the program. * Manages the generalcontractualprocess, which includes purchasing, negotiating, analyzing, and reporting, etc. * Selects and evaluates vendors. * Responds to RFQ’s. * Communicates regularly with the warehouse staff to ensure timely product delivery. * Communicates delivery issues with the customer. * Responsible for all customer service activities, such as returns, replacements, order status, reporting, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 1 to 3 years of general business experience. * ERP Experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred. * Cisco Technology background a plus. * Strong customer service skills are required. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Negotiating skills a plus. * Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
