Future Skies, as a leader in providing software solutions using advanced technologies to our military is looking for a motivated Contracts Administrator. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for administering: multiple subcontractors in support of major government programs, from pre-proposal activities through production and close-out phases as well as acting as an interface and point of contact with the customer, subcontractors, internal program management, finance and engineering personnel to monitor and report subcontractor performance against established cost, schedule, quality, management and technical criteria. Responsibilities will also include preparation of subcontract documents in accordance with appropriate company and customer requirements, including teaming agreements, proprietary information agreements, subcontract agreements, statements of work, requests for proposals, specifications, and data requirement, as well as the generation of invoices and maintenance of contract data in the NetSuite system. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for maintaining all contractual documents, files, correspondence, meeting minutes and other appropriate and applicable documents; assist in negotiating terms and conditions for various contract types, including Fixed Price, Cost Plus Award Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Time and Materials, with an emphasis on Cost Reimbursement type contracts. Represent Supply Chain organization on functional and cross-functional teams. Project future costs of subcontracts. Support bid and proposal activities as well as perform other tasks as required. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications · Four or more years experience in Contracts Administration or Procurement Management · 2-4 years experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) · 2-4 years experience working with contracts/subcontracts law · 2-4 years experience with Cost Reimbursement type contracts/subcontracts · Some overnight travel may be necessary (0 – 10%)

· A Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related field is a plus · Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Business Solutions software skills -- experience with NetSuite Software is a plus · Experience with CECOM is a plus · Experience working with contracts through Aberdeen Proving Grounds is a plus · Ability to identify, analyze and solve complex problems · Self motivated with a positive and proactive attitude · Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills · Leadership capabilities to provide guidance and direction to other personnel · Ability to multi-task/time manage effectively · Receptive to added responsibilities and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment · Customer oriented, team player · Excellent Interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, suppliers, support and internal personnel · Excellent writing and negotiating contract skills · Ability to recommend best practice methods to improve processes
