Contracts Administrator II Country United States Work Location VA, Herndon Job Description The candidate will report to the Contracts Manager. He/she will be responsible for the general administration of contracts, along with moderate involvement in proposal preparation. Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations. Maintains in-depth familiarity with the details of each assigned contract (i.e. special/general provisions, prices, delivery, profit or fee, change status, restrictive clauses, etc.) including the Federal Acquisition Regulation and client-specific regulations. Demonstrates application of price/cost price analysis Possession of Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Prepares and disseminates information throughout the company regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination. Inputs data (Pipeline, JAMIS) to authorize and direct work in in accordance with contractual specifications. Initiates documentation reports and prepares special reports for analysis as required. Performs all other duties assigned. Required Experience: 2+ Years directly related experience w/ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to lift files up to 20 lbs. Clearance Level Required TS/SCI Minimum Education Requirements BS/BA Degree or Equivalent Percent of Travel Required Less than 25% Work Status Full-Time
