Principals and conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration of major contracts. Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal. Serves as point of contact for customers. Acts as advisor regarding legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations. May provide work Leadership for lower level uires Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field, additional training in contract law, and seven to nine years of related experience.
