Responsibilities:
Canon Business Solutions Contracts Representatives are responsible for creating and processing service contracts, ensuring compliance, data verification, and entry as well as heavy interaction with clients and internal departments to resolve billing and customer service issues.
Qualifications:
Your qualifications must include a high school diploma or equivalent, high level of proficiency in Excel, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and proven customer service skills, and a minimum of 2 years experience in billing and invoicing. Prior data entry experience is a must and good telephone and interpersonal skills are essential in this role. Oracle experience a plus.
