In this position, the CRM Business Analyst will act in the role of trusted advisor, helping customers realize and refine their vision for improving customer interaction. Among the many responsibilities, the analyst will:
* Research and capture the customer’s “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes * Guide requirements gathering sessions with small-to-medium size groups of Subject Matter Experts and Business Users * Elicit, analyze, capture and validate customer’s business requirements; map these requirements into functional and technical requirements * Construct and Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) as needed * Develop and execute integrated test plans to exercise the implementation for rigor, completeness and compliance to system specifications * Educate business users and administrators in the use and maintenance of created software * Assist in the development of roadmaps of technology and business processes, to help evolve the client’s competitiveness
This requires a high level of interaction with internal business customers, project leadership and other IT teams.

The ideal CRM Business Analyst candidate will have the following: * A Bachelor’s Degree * Business architecture modeling (use cases and activity models) * Extensive experience guiding a customer through multiple requirements sessions * Experience constructing a comprehensive and thorough Systems Requirements document * Strong presentation skills in client situations with the ability to effectively present engagement results, facilitate discussions and drive consensus on our recommendations * Experience within one of the Big 5 Consultancies * 1-3 years experience working in a Business Analyst role * Siebel On-Demand or Siebel On-Premise experience * Experience as a liaison between business and development teams * Experience reaching resolution of disparate requirements/conflicting requirements from multiple sources * Excellent interpersonal skills including good listening skills and good written and verbal skills. * Experience extracting/building requirements from users in a sometimes challenging environment. * Self-Starter with good time management skills and significant organizational skills * Working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint * Ability to travel up to 100% of the time if needed (Perficient takes care of all travel-related expenses including weekly airfare, weekly hotels, meals, rental car, etc.)
