This position is a CRM consultant within Teradata, North China. This is a client-facing position having accountability for client expectations management while delivering the services and solutions associated with our Teradata Data Warehouse offerings.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Ø Responsible for CRM Maturity Assessment and CRM Planning, include business operation plan and IT plan Ø Responsible for the design and implementation of the analytical CRM application Ø Involve in the full cycle of System Development Life Cycle Ø Prepare user manual, technical documentations, training material and conducting user trainings Ø Provide on-going CRM application consulting and support for end users Ø Engage in pre-sales activities e.g. preparing proposals and carry out presentations Ø Participates in customer and team relationship building
Basic Qualifications
Ø Bachelors Degree or equivalent Ø 3 years IT experience including 2 years as a Systems Analyst working on Campaign Management / CRM applications such as Siebel, PeopleSoft, etc. Ø Knowledge in common practice on Campaign Management /Integrated Marketing Management/Marketing resource management/ CRM Ø Knowledge in J2EE, Java, JSP, MQ Series, Web Sphere, Cloud computing will be an advantage Ø Knowledge in RDBMS and SQL Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ø Works independently Ø Travel is required
