Title: Crystal Reports Developer Skills: Pharmaceutical Experience Date: 8-25-2010 Description: - The successful candidate will become part of a Global organization with specific responsibilities as Report Writer/Developer for integration of Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Request Management processes for the Pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical combination. In need of one business objects report writer: * reports built in crystal reports * familiarity with dashboard design * ETL connectivity * ETL updates * data marts * Understanding of data structures as they relate to business behavior * Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management (ITIL best practices) a plus * Prior experience working in HP*s ServiceCenter tool a plus * Strong teamwork skills * Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities Review changes to ServiceCenter data structures, analyze impact to existing data mart, ETLs and Universes and design and implement data model changes to reflect ServiceCenter end state. Analyze ETLs and Universes that are presently standalone, to ensure missing data/universes get migrated to the data mart environment. At present there are 6 universes and supporting ETLs that will have to be analyzed. Responsible for analyzing webi reports, understand data sources and implement changes to reflect new ServiceCenter data models Responsible for updating existing design documents to reflect changes.
