Philips PCCI Field Marketing is responsible for the all downstream marketing activities for North America. As the market leader, Philips is constantly evolving and transforming our customer facing organization. The curriculum developer will be integral to the ongoing organizational benchmarking, planning, development and delivery of training to result in order to address the constantly changing customer facing experience.
Your Responsibilities: Designs and develops training curriculum for the GSSNA sales and marketing organization for PCCI. Ensure training courses address multiple levels in the organization based on benchmarks, identified needs, relevance and progress toward stated metrics. Employs multiple, innovative learning medium to meet stated goals including; CBT, live- in-person, third party delivered, audio, video, podcasts, blogs, experiential simulations etc. Designs & producses course outlines, lesson plans and guidebooks to support train-the-trainer and Leaders Developing Leaders. Coordinates content creation by engaging in-house subject matter experts. Evaluates outside training opportunities and determines appropriate third party offerings. Determines the most effective and cost-effective learning medium. Project manages large scale training events and communicates to a large audience effectively. Develops specific assessments and utilizes data to drive to stated goals. Creates metrics to continue analysis.
Your Profile: Bachelors degree in education or similar discipline. Master's in curriculum development, media or library science preferred. Effective communicator both individually and to large audiences. Proven ability to assess, develop and deliver training to specified metrics. Excellent facilitation skills. Skilled in standard business applications (e-mail, word, powerpoint, excel). Proven ability to manage large projects to budget. Proven examples of delivering training and skill development through multiple mediums. Self starter. Team Player.
