Position Summary
The Project Scheduler (PS) receives/retrieves scheduling requests and communicates the schedule with the customer, verifying site readiness, tracking equipment and preparing any necessary reports. The PS will also make pre-calls to NCR CE resources confirming their readiness for the installation activity.
Key Areas of ResponsibilityScheduling . Receive/retrieve scheduling requests. . Pre-Calls to customer and CE field resources . Escalate issues/conflicts to the Coordinator or Project Manager. . Equipment tracking. . Use approved rollout management tools, such as D-1,QuickBase, Access, and customer specific tools (GPS) which assist in measuring NCR's success in meeting customer expectations. . Cross train on other projects to ensure coverage. . Solves routine problems and escalate as orting . Run queries and generate reports as needed. . Record time and activities into the PSA munications/Teamwork . Participate in regular meetings with team members to review status and to jointly resolve issues. .
