In short, we handle the administrative responsibilities of a business - managing a company's mail and distribution center, running a copy center, delivering faxes, ordering and stocking supplies, and more. Key Responsobilities

Perform shipping and receiving including: Handling order delivery and acceptance, visually inspect carton for damage and reconciliation of shipment with shipment documentation (bill of lading) Asset tag and complete updates to asset data repository Provide warehousing, including: Warehouse inventory and tracking Coordinate Site transportation Participate in reconciliation processes Produce Inventory and Measurements Reporting Minimum of three months customer service related experience preferred. MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area preferred. Able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally Planning and organization skills. Excellent attendance. Able to effectively work independently or in a team environment. Basic mathematical knowledge

PBMS is currently seeking Inventory Control Specialists who are customer service oriented, career-minded, and able to work in a fast paced production environment.

The ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:


Experience:
· Minimum of six months customer service related experience required.
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in inventory control, asset management or logistics required.

Skills and Attributes:
· Computer skills required- email, Microsoft Office including Excel, instant messaging and multiple inventory software programs will be used on a daily basis.
· Able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with clients and company personnel.
· Planning and organization skills.

· Willingness to accept a position with a limited duration (up to 2 years).
· Excellent attendance.
· Customer service, people oriented.
· Able to effectively work independently or in a team environment.
· Basic mathematical knowledge.
· Demonstrate competency in performing required tasks.
· Demonstrate proficiency in operation of related equipment.
· High level of accuracy is critical, attention to detail.
· May be required to work flexible hours.
