Title: Customer Support Analyst - Bilingual Skills: Customer Support, Bilingual, Desktop Support, Windows, A+ Date: 8-24-2010 Description: ALTEK Information Technology Inc. is currently recruiting for: Customer Support Analyst - Bilingual Responsible for Tier 1 and 2 software and hardware support. Provides technical advice, guidance and informal training to customers using hardware and software programs. Troubleshoots and restores routine technical service and equipment problems by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures. Performs root cause analysis and develops checklists for typical problems. Recommends procedures and controls for problem prevention. Maintains knowledge database and call tracking database to enhance quality of problem resolutions. Works in a team setting, sharing information and assisting others with calls. * Microsoft Windows XP OS * General PC/laptop troubleshooting * General computer networking knowledge * Excellent oral and technical written communication skills * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent customer service skills * Experience with technical troubleshooting * Fluent in Spanish * Preferred candidates will have good overall knowledge of MSSC technical support structure and the dynamics between partner groups * A+ / Net+ certification or the ability to show same level of proficiency * Desktop or Networking Technical support experience * Self starter who can work with minimum supervision, within guidelines ***For immediate consideration PLEASE apply directly to this posting with your most up-to-date resume with (8128-CS) in subject line of your email.
