Job Descriptions:

Blackbaud Enterprise CRM TM (BBEC) Support is looking enthusiastic, creative, and motivated team players who are technically-skilled in troubleshooting network infrastructure or programming languages. This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Charleston, SC. BBEC is a highly-customizable fundraising software that meets the unique needs of large, non-profit organizations. In this role, you will provide front-end software support to clients using Blackbaud Enterprise CRM TM and Blackbaud Direct Marketing TM software. Members of the team are also involved in the rollout of new functionality, often serving as a customer advocate and liaison to support interactions with all departments within Blackbaud. Expert product knowledge that you’ll learn through a specialized training program will allow you to address client concerns ranging from basic questions about site functionality to critical and time-sensitive issues.
Required Experience:


• Proven desire to learn new software and technologies, and an ability to learn quickly
• You'll have extensive client contact, so exceptional written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must
• Drive to solve problems efficiently and creatively on your own or with little direction after training is complete
• Ability to interact professionally with executive level management of both internal and customer sites
• Strong-multi tasking and time management skills
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 and Windows Services
• Ability to run SQL statements through T-SQL or SQL Server

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems
• Familiarity with general networking, as well as Client and Server Based Windows Operating Systems
• Qualified applicants must be able to be on-call after business hours, on a rotating basis
• Two years customer service/technical support experience in an office setting
• Prior computer science background &/or fundraising nonprofit experience a plus
