Data Center Architect - Network
1. Pre-sales Data Center solutions designs & recommendations, w/focus on NETWORKING solutions. 2. Directly contribute to the sale & delivery of designs & recommendations (80% pre-sales, 20% delivery). 3. Build and maintain technical relationships w/key customer stakeholders. 4. Build and maintain technical relationships w/key OEM stakeholders. 5. Maintain key certifications w/appropriate hightest tier OEM authorizations. 6. Serve as technical lead for internal training of fellow team members (ie: TSEs, KAMs).
Scope of Work: 1. 90-95% pre-sales for Data Center solutions and services (internetworking solutions, advanced switch/routing, IPT solutions, VoIP, LAN/WAN/WLAN, video conferencing, secruity solutions). 2. Executive level consultative selling and leading the delivery of successful consulting engagements. 3. Keeping current w/cutting edge relevant technology, training, certifciations. 4. Representing Pomeroy at industry events and/or seminars.
