Your Responsibilities: As a Data Manager you will be responsible for: 1. Data management: Improving the quality of current data & Maintenance, deletion and creation of new 12nc's (product codes) in both SAP (main plant and all secondary plants) 2. Customer Service communication: 1 tier in communicating about data, responsible for the relevant communication, Customer Service Management: Account mgt at CSU's, Project management: Setting up a data-mgt. infrastructure and establish a Way of Working 3. Supply Chain Management (mainly logistics) : shipment planning, consolidation of Air/SEA shipment, accuracy of shipping date & follow up shipping flow, including confirmation, documentation, complaint handling
Key areas of responsibility: . Support new product launch, master data creation of new product codes in SAP System. Support phasing out products, close the product codes in SAP system. Work closely with product marketing managers / businesses development manager and supply planner. . Update new pricing: Once a year for whole product portfolio (pricing provided by Philips Color Kinetics) . Check data integrity , improve data quality in SAP system for Philips Color Kinetics products . Plan, track, and trace the shipments from production locations to Europe, work closely with the logistics contacts of Philips Color Kinetics in APR and USA . Involve in supply chain improvement projects . Involve in migration processes in case SAP systems merge or change.
Your Profile: The candidate should have experience in data management and system management. Knowledge of Intranet applications and website building is a background and working experience for more than 3 years in systems, preferable in SAP. He or she should be able to work in projects under high pressure and be able to make decusions and follow-up on them. Skill profile: . MBO/HBO degree; . Proven data management skills; . Good communication skills; . Result driven and quality, detail oriented; . Flexible and pragmatic; . Fluent English.
