Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a consultant in CACI's growing Business System Solutions (BSS) organization, the desired candidate will assist in detailed data quality assessment and conversion planning activities in support of a major business process standardization and systems consolidation project for a Federal customer.
* As an ERP systems integration consultant, assists with activities to identify, categorize, and assess the quality of data sources to be converted in support of migrating organizational components to a new ERP-based COTS solution which implements a standard set of business processes within the financial, acquisition, and asset management domains. * Works in collaboration with legacy system and business process stakeholders to identify strategies to be employed to improve data quality and reduce downstream conversion risks. * As a key client facing representative, works to support a collaborative team environment which promotes staff, sub-contractor, and client partnerships to meet common goals and shared program objectives. * As a consulting professional, advances a business model that endorses the highest level of professional ethics and client affiliations built with trust, integrity, and mutual respect.
Required Qualifications:
* Business transformation professional with prior experience implementing one or more successful ERP enabled projects. * Demonstrates at least limited experience conducting data conversion planning and/or data conversion activities. * Exposed to industry best practices related to ERP data cleansing and conversion methodologies and tools (preferably in a Federal financial management context). * Superior written and oral communication skills are required. * Current Security Clearance or ability to attain a Federal Security Clearance. * Bachelor's degree in related field and 5-7 years of related experience. A masters degree in systems engineering or business management is a plus but not required.
Desired Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a member of a data conversion/data cleansing team responsible for migrating legacy data into an Oracle R12 or 11i Federal Financial Management solution. * Demonstrated prior experience with Informatica's suite of COTS products to support data profiling and quality assessment, data cleansing, and/or data conversion activities. * Prior experience converting/preparing data for migration into Compusearch PRISM-based solutions. * Prior experience converting/preparing data for migration into Sunflower Assets-based solutions. * Project Management Professional (PMP) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is desired but not required.
