Data Warehouse Developer
Responsibilities: • Develop SQL Server Reporting Services RDL files, both at the presentation and data layer.
• Deploy RDL files to, and perform basic administration of, SQL Server Reporting Services Report Manager ASP Page.
• Create SQL Server Database Objects such as Tables, Views, Stored Procedures and Functions, conforming to EDW Standards.
• Perform Ad-Hoc investigation/reporting within EDW.
• Investigate existing SQL Server Database Objects, using Executions Plans when appropriate, to determine performance ""bottle-necks"" with the EDW.
• Participate in Weekly On-Call Rotation.
• If not currently capable of, must be willing to learn how to;
1. Develop SQL Server Analysis Services Dimensions and Cubes.
2. Query SQL Server Analysis Services Dimensions and Cubes using MDX.
3. Develop SQL Server Integration Services Packages.
4. Develop basic OOP applications to handle EDW needs which lie outside of the Relational Database.

Job Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree (CIS, CSE, MIS, CE, Mathematics) or equivalent work related experience.

Additional Qualifications: - Selected candidate will be working in a small IT shop where their flexibility, willingness to wear many hats and their need to be an agent for change will be required
• Translate technical and logical specifications into functional code.
• Research and learn new technologies quickly.
