This person will assist with the rapid growth across the United States. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the business analysts to identify and understand source data systems. Map source system data to the data warehouse, data marts or operational data store models. Develop and test extraction, transformation and load (ETL) processes using SSIS and T-SQL Define and capture metadata and rules associated with the ETL processes. Adapt ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business requirements. Work in a very data driven environment and use data analysis skills to anticipate and fix bugs. Qualifications include: Minimum of 4 years direct work experience with MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008. Expertise with MS Excel 2003+ and flat files Demonstrated ability with SSIS ETL tools. Experience writing Stored Procedures and complex data manipulation code Strong ability to analyze user requirements into technical solutions according to specifications. Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices. Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to streamline manual processes into automated jobs/packages Ability to *Think outside the box* but be cognizant of business and user needs. Key Deliverables: Complete mapping and transformation documentation Design and automation of extraction and load processes ETL metadata documented and maintained in a metadata repository Logical and physical data models Meta model for metadata repository We are looking for candidates with a stable work history who are motivated and career driven.
