Kelly IT Resources is seeking a Database Analyst for a client in St. Louis. The successful candidate will have two years of experience. Candidates MUST have experience as a SharePoint Administrator and with XML/HTML coding. This position will be working within the Regulatory Affairs group for a client in the healthcare industry.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct data searches and developing/maintaining the department databases with Microsoft Access. - Create the FDA required Structured Product Labeling (SPL). - Monitor the posting of reference listed drug labeling. - Proofing labeling and ensuring proofing activities are properly recorded. - Assist in the investigation and creation of labeling progression histories. - Monitoring and testing department software and hardware. - Accurately create documents, tables/spreadsheets, and create/respond to electronic correspondence.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with XML/HTML - Database development and administration using Microsoft Access. - SharePoint administration. - Detail oriented and proficient at reviewing and editing documentation; - Adaptable to learning new computer software packages. - Background in manufacturing, marketing, or quality assurance with an understand how products are produced and marketed.
Education/Experience: - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum two years experience in design, development and implementation of databases and information technology solutions. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FDA regulated environment related to pharmaceuticals.
