You will be actively involved in the complete product development life cycle, including participation in requirements gathering, application design, code development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Position description: We are looking for an experienced database developer or strong application database administrator who is looking to be part of a startup team. We need someone who can work in small teams, manage multiple projects, and interface with both internal business users and external clients/vendors. You should have several years experience in the development and support of database intensive applications, using primarily Microsoft development technologies Experience and Required skills: Three to five years experience developing in writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex SQL queries Hands-on development experience in the use of 2005/2008 SQL Server Experience with 2008 SQL Server Report Servers and SSIS a plus Experience working with large databases (2T, 1000M Rows) a plus Database administration experience such as SANs, partitioning, backups, maintenance a plus Excellent logical, analytical and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to collaborate and thrive within Agile teams.
