OVERVIEW: Under general direction develops, designs, documents, and evaluates workflows; performs a variety of professional, technical, and analytical services involving program/member services, evaluation, workflow applications, office operations support, and problem resolution; performs related duties as assigned. *US Citizen or Green Card holders preferred. This role may require up to 20% domestic travel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Seeking a SharePoint Workflow Analyst to develop and implement workflows utilizing process maps, Visio flows and requirements documents to improve current state processes and translate them into practical workflows with the necessary business rules.
Responsibilities:
Developing and deploying business process workflow solutions on Sharepoint/Nintex platforms. Reviewing and implementing requirements and specifications for automating approved workflows and associated processes using Sharepoint/Nintex. Collaborating with IT to ensure standards and policies for the use of Sharepoint are implemented. Participating in testing to ensure proposed process enhancements and automated workflow solutions meet stated requirements
Qualifications: PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education
Bachelors degree preferred; Certification in Sharepoint 2007/2010 a plus. Any combination of education and training equivalent to possession of a bachelor's degree which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described; coursework in computer science, information systems, network administration or other related fields.
Training and Experience
5 years experience in Sharepoint products and technologies (MOSS and WSS). Proven experience in designing and supporting custom workflow using Nintex and Sharepoint Designer for automating business processes.
Position requires sufficient formal and/or informal training in applications development, database design, analysis, management, and integration on the Web; experience working as a programmer in a client-server environment.
Ability to develop and deploy custom templates, master pages and .NET components
Hands-on experience designing and implementing Sharepoint components, including custom pages, search scopes and content sources, site templates
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
