Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong teamwork skills are a must. Maintain customer SLA deliverables and expectation and provide positive impact with customer satisfaction. Must have Analytical, exceptional Interpersonal Communication Customer Service Skills and troubleshooting skills in Software and Hardware.
