We currently have a need for an experienced Desktop Support Technician. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software. Ensures desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems, including file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.
Support duties include: application analysis, design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, administration, troubleshooting, data integrity and basic database reporting. Knowledge - Skills & Abilities Required:
* Advanced Beginner: MS SQL Server 2003 & 2008 * Intermediate: SQL, IIS, HTML, ODBC, * Active Directory network administration * Advanced: Application Support * Certification: MCSE, Microsoft support certifications * Customer Service Experience a must Education:
BA/BS or equivalent highly desired.
