Preferred but not required: * One year experience administration of Windows Active Directory. * One year experience Linux administration. * Familiarity with usage of Linux as a workstation. * Supporting Macintosh clients. * Previous administration of core network services (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP). * Cisco Catalyst Switches * IBM x series servers.
Duties Include:
* Responding to customers request for support. * Installing/upgrading software and hardware. * Supporting Windows XP, Linux and Mac Workstations in an Active Directory environment. * Resetting users passwords. * Asset inventory tracking. * Write how-to documentation for end users.
