Required: Years of experience (min) 3-5 Required: Degree Associates Required: Skills 1. MS Windows XP/MS Office 2003 (w/ Outlook in an exchange environment) 2. Imaging software (Swimage/Ghost) 3. Knowledge of call tracking software (Remedy) 4. Knowledge of network architecture and troubleshooting 5. Remote Assist Software (Remote Desktop) 6. PC Hardware and Peripherals 7.
