DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN F.N.B. Corporation is a diversified financial services company dedicated to providing the highest quality service to individual and business customers. We are seeking a full-time Desktop Support Technician for State College and surrounding counties. The successful candidate will support all user PC issues including problem-solving regarding networks, PCs, printers, and applications and be required to work on-call hours, overtime as scheduled and travel to various user locations with potential of overnight stays. The successful candidate will have solid experience in computer customer service, internal customer support, have a solid working knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Win XP, Win 7), component replacement (hard drives, CD-ROMs, memory, etc.), possess a good familiarity with IP addressing schemes, wiring and hardware/software troubleshooting.
