Position Description:

Some of the high level responsibilities the candidate will be responsible for:
KEY RESPONSIBILITES - Computer knowledge - Operating systems, applications, network, peripherals, imaging and deployment - Manage and handle Incident and Service Request tickets - Analysis and troubleshooting of complex problems with local and centralized teams of support then implement solutions - Deliver effective communication with internal clients. - Demonstrate positive attitude and professionalism at all times. - Follow internal processes (both admin and technical) - Participate in various projects such as cascade plans and deployment. - Possess the technical skills required to offer hardware and software support - Demonstrate superior work ethic - Able to respect the confidential nature of client requests
REQUIREMENTS - Working knowledge in Desktop Support environment such as Microsoft Office Suite is required, certifications are preferred - Recognized degree or diploma in related field - MCP Windows XP, MCSA, MCSE, MCDST and valid A+, are preferred. - Prefer individuals with 3-5 years of experience in related field - Ability to work independently and unsupervised - Personable (show consideration to clients, self-confidence) - Lifting will be required (20-30lbs), mainly laptops and desktop monitors - Prefer to have a driver?s license and be willing to travel to client sites if needed
