Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues over the phone/email/chat and in person (desktop) in order to minimize end user downtime and increase productivity, while providing world class customer experience.
Requirements:
2 Years Corporate Desktop Experience
MUST have experience directly assisting end-users (hands on)
MUST be able to provide friendly customer service in a stressful environment
Experience required using a Ticketing system (Remedy or equivalent)
