Requirements:
We are looking for experienced Desktop Support Technicians to join our dynamic, talented consulting team. Qualified individuals must possess:
* At least 2 years of Windows Deskside support in a professional work environment. Enterprise customers a plus.
* Ability to perform MS Office 2000 & 2007 setups and troubleshooting.
* Ability to install, upgrade and/or configure desktop computers primarily in a Windows XP/7 OS environment. Windows 7 Migration exp a plus.
* Well rounded diagnostic capabilities.
* Experience with thin clients, carts on wheels, handheld devices and printers a plus.
* Prefer familiarity with using image creation tools and loading standardized desktop software on new computers with configuration of special applications and migration to new versions of software. Experience with data transfer and personality transplant, required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Superior customer service skills
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Must be willing to work at multiple customer locations throughout the Puget Sound area
* Reliable transportation (personal vehicle-mileage is reimbursable for travel within the workday)
* Experience working in a hospital environment is a plus.
* AA degree in an IT related field strongly preferred
* An A+, MCP, MCDST, and/or MCSE Certification desired but not required
