Our client is seeking a full-time developer to join their team to develop custom applications for clients using C#/.Net, Ruby on Rails, and SQL Server and iOS developers. The successful applicant will participate in the full life-cycle duties to bring these applications to a commercially viable level. This includes the design, development, testing, documentation, installation, and support of the applications.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain custom applications for clients.
Full application development: design, code, test, document, and installation.
Position may require ""after hours support""
Experience related to designing and improving the User Experience.
Ability to analyze and formulate a plan, using structured analysis and design.
Work and communicate with team members to develop new solutions from design and coding through to installation and implementation.
Confers with supervisor and team members representing area to resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements and inclusion of internal checks and controls.
SKILLS
Experience and passion for software development.
Solid knowledge of developing C# Windows and Web applications using C# and .Net required.
Solid knowledge of developing Ruby on Rails web applications
Solid knowledge using Microsoft SQL Server and relational database tools, SQL, and stored procedures.
Knowledge of MongoDB preferred
Understanding of Asterisk preferred
Complete familiarity with Windows operating systems and other Microsoft applications is critical.
Understanding of Mac OS X preferred
Thorough understanding of a diverse range of technologies, software, operating systems, and prior technology experience.
