Position Description :
WattStopper (an entity of Legrand North America) has an opportunity available for a Digital Marketing Assistant in their Santa Clara, CA office.
This high growth potential position supports the Corporate Director of Marketing Communications and the Divisional Marketing Team in managing the development of WattStopper and Legrand digital content.
This individual will help identify and support digital marketing programs to drive website traffic, leads and sales for the division. This individual will also be counted on to analyze digital marketing efforts, identify opportunities for improvement and measure the effectiveness of site usability, content and online marketing vehicles.
The successful candidate will need to keep up with the current evolution of online technology, have strong analytical skills, and have a drive for improvement to the business.

Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, journalism or communications required. * Proficient in MS office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) * Working knowledge of Web site Analytics and Web site Conversion Metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL) * Excellent communication and presentation skills required * Must have strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities * A self starter, with the ability to thrive within a fast paced, dynamic environment * Must be highly organized, with a keen attention to detail * Must be able to work effectively across funtional groups * Must have strong analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics and impact of digital initiatives * Has a passion for digital media and devices, considers self an "early adopter" of digital trends Pluses include: * Hands-on experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as: brand website development, social media marketing/community management, display banner advertising, SEM, SEO, user-generated content, email marketing and ecommerce is a plus. * Experience with HTML, web programming, CMS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Web Trends, and/or Exact Target is a plus
