The Director of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) directs the activities of the CSI department. Identifies, prioritizes and manages the CSI Project Portfolio by partnering with senior level management to assess current processes and identify process improvement opportunities; and by managing the process of selecting, scoping and prioritizing CSI projects including review of resource utilization across the business in order to support the achievement of operational excellence within the division. This position is responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel and oversees the hiring and maintenance of a highly trained staff. This resource will provide guidance and training to the division management to help ensure that newly developed Standard Operating Procedures and key process improvement initiatives are implemented and maintained. Required Skills BS degree in business or statistics, MBA a plus. Six Sigma Black Belt and ITIL certifications are required, Six Sigma Lean, COBIT or PMI preferred. Typically requires two or more years of continual service improvement experience, 10 or more years in service delivery and at least five years of management experience. Demonstrated strong facilitation, collaboration and continual improvement leadership abilities. Familiarity with quality management systems, data driven root cause analysis, and internal process auditing. Experience with business analysis, managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign and knowledge of technical environments.
