Position Description * Continually develop and maintain the corporate information security policies * Manage information security control framework and supporting processes * Audit internal systems and controls to insure compliance with security policy and best practices * Lead customer audit and third party security policy compliance * Lead security and compliance activity for Aspect new and existing business (audits, contracts, RFP) * Stay current with new information security requirements and lead corporate compliance initiative Position Responsibilities * Information security policy and procedure definition, implementation and ongoing maintenance * Conduct network vulnerability assessments using manual processes and software tools to identify system vulnerabilities and develop remediation plans * Coordinate security auditing activities with various departments * Coordinate remediation efforts * Lead the corporate IT infrastructure change management process * Risk assessments * Information security incident management and response * Security Standards compliance (ISO/IEC 17799, 27001, 27002) * Development of security awareness program * Provide training for employees regarding corporate security policies and regulatory requirements to ensure corporate compliance * Respond to contractual and RFP driven information security based questions Position Requirements * Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience * Minimum of 5 years information technology, information security or IT audit * Knowledge of regulatory requirements, security standards, control frameworks and compliance issues (ISO 17799, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ITIL, CobiT, Sarbanes-Oxley) * Experience with root cause analysis, risk mitigation, security assessments, analysis of security threats, trends and architecture preferred * Ability to plan and implement multiple projects/activities simultaneously * Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written * Eager to learn new technologies * Excellent customer service skills * Must be able to work outside normal business hours when necessary to resolve critical issues * Some travel required (less than 10%) to other company locations Education Advanced degree or more than 5 years of directly related experience
Certifications CISSP, CISA or CISM certification preferred. ITIL experience a plus
