Accountable for timely and accurate documentation and reconciliation of major COGS and inventory, which provides for the integrity of all SEC financial reports, and minimizes risk of financial restatement. Remediating material weaknesses and significant deficiencies within the assigned functions. Partners with CFO on refinancing strategy for senior debt, convertible debt, and major financial projects. Manages a team of cost/inventory analyst and financial systems analyst professionals. Position offers Board level visibility and the opportunity to influence decisions/components related to the companywide ERP implementation process. Requires 20+ years experience as a financial business partner with senior company executives in small to mid-cap multinational company within high-tech industry. Must have an in depth understanding of the micro drivers of the business to the macro impact on the valuation of the company. Be able to work in a challenging and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, accountability and professional development. Must possess exceptional interpersonal, supervisory, analytical and communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP. Hyperion Essbase a plus.
