Start your story as Director IT Applications for our Corporate function, the position can be located at any one of our locations. Your role As CTCAs Director IT Applications you will be responsible for all enterprise-wide IT application activities, including clinical, hospital administration, marketing, finance, and talent interfaces. You will establish an application strategy aligned to CTCAs strategic business needs and interpret their meaning to the organizations senior leadership team. The right candidate will be a strong leader focused on coaching and developing the applications team managers and their stakeholders. You must possess a demonstrated ability to attract, develop and retain talented IT individuals. You will also ensure satisfaction with IT related services for both internal and external customers while maintaining the system with 100% up-time. Responsibilities Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the application technology for CTCA. You should have a technical background to understand, guide, and challenge technical direction Collaborate effectively with IT-Senior Operations and customers Maintain the continuous delivery of the application project portfolio aligning and prioritizing project delivery based upon patient and business value Coordinate, facilitate and consult with appropriate internal customers on information systems, technology and application systems initiatives Manage multiple processes and application systems and projects, including clinical, administrative, and external facing applications Confirm that CTCAs applications are in compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures Ensure appropriate recovery plans are in place, communicated, and practiced The Rewards CTCA is a place where performance is rewarded, where you will find opportunities for growth and clear paths for advancement.
