Title: DIRECTOR - SALES OPERATIONS & PLANNING Location: Georgia-Atlanta Support all facets of the Inside Sales Organization, focusing on business analysis, sales tools & program management. This person will be primarily responsible for driving CRM and Performance Tools across the sales organization. In this role, you will partner with sales leaders to ensure that sales performance and operational goals are met. Sales Operations is a key link between Field Sales, Operations, Finance, IT and Marketing with a focus analyzing pipeline, sales process and close ratios.
* Present reports and recommendations to Sr. Management on a weekly basis or as needed and identify areas for improvement and cost savings as well as risks to meeting planned forecast in revenues or expenses. * Responsible for running the sales forecast and providing information to senior management and sales management to effectively create summary dashboards and detailed reports to track key sales metrics * Assist senior business owners in identifying and prioritizing projects that will provide optimum benefits to the business results. * Focus on developing information/data to improve overall sales performance & driving business to closure and own sales organization metrics, forecasting, data accuracy, and reporting. * Maintain and drive the adoption and data integrity of Siebel across the Inside Sales organization to perfect Siebel data and intelligence for all ISS end users. * Design and implement performance metrics tracking systems which show daily/weekly/monthly performance against plan. * Prepare management reports and presentations including variance and trend analysis. * Work with all systems to gather and provide accurate reporting. * Ensure ISS personnel compensation plans and quotas are properly designed, maintained and administered. * Provide ad-hoc decision support and business analysis to the sales team. * Develop and maintain cross-functional support team to include, but not be limited to, the following: Incentive Compensation, Strategic Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance and others as needed.
