Quality Systems
Your Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the document control and employee training programs. Responsibilities include: - maintenance of copies of quality documents in files and master electronic database; - advises and responds to queries on effecting changes to documents by interfacing with document owners and originators of changes, providing prior and current revisions of documents, and running queries and reports; - maintenance of archived documentation; - review of all documentation for accuracy, completeness and consistency in content, format, files and authorizations; - performs filing, scanning, copying and electronic notification and distribution of released documentation, - maintenance of physical security of the document control file cabinets and contents; - maintenance and processing of quality documents using an electronic document management system (eDMS). - generation of employee training competencies with functional managers and electronically track and send out notification of training status to all employees.
Your Profile: Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule. Performs routine assignments using standard methods. Solves document processing problems of limited to moderate scope and complexity requiring basic interpretation of defined procedures and practices. Maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information or documents.
Should possess a high level of competency in typing and with MS Office products (Word, Excel)
Two-year degree or BS Degree preferred plus 2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in a scientific/technical discipline preferred.
Physical demands of the Job: Lifting file boxes Work Schedule: M-F, 8 hrs each day
