McMunn Assocaites, Inc - a Parsons company seeks to fill an Intelligence Analyst - Domestic Port Threat opening. The analyst Develops Regional Maritime Threat Assessment (Intelligence) Products, Domestic Port Threat Assessment (Intelligence) Products, and US Coast Guard risk assessment based analytic intelligence judgments regarding the presence, intent, and capabilities of foreign and domestic terrorist and criminal organizations, state and non-state adversaries, criminals, smugglers, cyber assailants and other offenders seeking to damage, illegally exploit, or disrupt components of the U.S. Maritime Transportation System.
Qualifications
Required Capabilities: - Must be able to perform analytical tasks that will result in the production of port threat assessments. - Must have educated-native English language skills, with solid written and oral communication skills. - Must be able to use National Intelligence Community databases and research/collaboration tools. - Must be able to use Law Enforcement and Homeland Security related databases and research/collaboration tools. - Must be skilled in using MS Office suite of business productivity tools, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. - Federal, State, or Local law enforcement intelligence and/or state fusion center intelligence experience required.
Desired Capabilities: - FBI FIG, ICE FIG, Federal or State Law Enforcement Analyst, or State Fusion Center Analyst preferred. - Experience with USCG, DHS, or other Law Enforcement Intelligence organizations. - Demonstrate mastery of desktop publishing software. - Experience with law enforcement agencies at federal, state, local, and tribal levels, with familiarity working with law enforcement information or supporting criminal investigations. - Able to conduct social network analysis and use link-analysis software - Able to conduct geopolitical analysis using foreign government information and related intelligence.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Security Clearance Requirement: is (TOP SECRET SSBI). Based on at a minimum current National/Agency/Local Agency/Credit Check (NACLC).
Travel:
U.S. travel required. Foreign travel not anticipated.
