Functions: * Perform due diligence and acquisition financial activities* Execute acquisition plans and programs to support daily operations* Be responsible for the quality control of all work on multiple concurrent projects* Perform program management functions and makes changes to acquisition program to achieve desired outcomesThe position requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related major with a preference to candidates with Advanced Degrees such as a Master of Business Administration. Experience of three years in mergers and acquisitions, consulting, or corporate development is required with a strong preference to experience in due diligence and financial valuation.
