Description/ Required Experience:
Our client has several B2B projects and they require the assistance of an experienced EDI consultant. The role will include the following:
- Provides technical expertise and support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other B2B communications. - Analyzes and develops the EDI interface. - Responsible for developing EDI mapping specifications and documentation. - Resolves Technical mapping variations or gaps and first level troubleshooting issues in the production environment.
Experience Requirements:
- MUST HAVE experience with Mercator and Datastage TX experience (WTX) - BS in Computer Science, Information systems or related field - 5 years it of related work experience including direct customer contact in ecommerce, network, telecommunications engineering and support in multi-platform environment - 2 years Unix experience - 1 Year of SAP R/3 experience as a user with familiarity with various transactions.
