Your Responsibilities: Position Summary: This position will assist in the site wide implementation of Electronic Device Master Record (eDMR) for AED products and accessories. Position will also enable information sharing within the design & operations environment by implementing variable levels of discipline and control of technical data. Ensure data accuracy consistent with the current product lifecycle assuring continued operation in a Class 2b medical environment.
Position Responsibilities: Develop process and procedures to implement new eDMR at AED operations site. Update relevant design and documentation procedures. Manage process for the control of all DDR (Device Design Record) and DHR (Device History Record) documents. Interface with key personnel in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Regulatory to improve and streamline DDR and DHR document creation and retention. Release engineering documents and related files into Master Record system. Maintain master file records using spreadsheets and database tools. Enter product information using SAP and eDMR data entry tools. Identify and pursue documentation process improvements, create flowcharts as necessary to define and demonstrate documentation system.
Your Profile: Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience Five years of experience in product development or manufacturing environment Proven interpersonal, communication as well as, organization and planning skills. Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Visio programs. Familiarity with Item Master and Bill of Material screens in SAP.
