* Supports business and telesales team with education proposal procedure, ensures order acceptance criteria are met. * Manages classroom setup, training material and instructor arrangements for training delivery. * Manages PO entries for subcontractors and monitors subcontractor invoices to ensure correct and timely bookings * Manages course entries in database and coordinates invoicing with back office. * Works closely with TS finance during month end closing, provides monthly revenue/cost/accrual data for education business * Resolves order management issues using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis; serves as a subject matter expert to other departments (e.g., testing new systems to ensure order management system works correctly) * Works with regional central teams on system and policy implementations and works on localization needs as applicable.
Education and Experience Required * * First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance. * Typically 0-2 years of experience in a related field. *
