Working in a multi projects environment for HP-IT applications as an off-shore development team, and need work with on-shore teams in US and Europe as well as other off-shore teams in India to deliver projects. · BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent). · A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and OOA/OOD. · At least 5 years working experience on Microsoft platform. · Has the solid experience in .Net framework, C#, SQL Server · Hands-on experience on , web form and windows form programming or web services, hands-on experience on C , MFC, WPF · Familiar with Oracle database in both programming and administration. · Familiar with HP UNIX in regular operations. · Strong skills on trouble shooting and problem solving · Hand on experience in leading a development team. · Hand on experience in performance tuning with good knowledge about performance and scalability. · Mature Debugging & troubleshooting skills in Large-scale software product. · Working experience in multi-national company is a plus. · Good command of English, mush has solid skills on listening comprehension and e-mail writing, and oral English.
