Our high-impact e-learning design and development team is seeking a professional to produce Intranet-based e-learning assets within our training department. This includes Flash design, graphics development, and video production using motion graphics and video. Strong programming ability, artistic skill, a positive attitude, and the ability to produce a large volume of work over a short period of time are a must.
Conceptualizing, designing, and developing media-rich e-learning modules
Generating software simulations in Flash
Creating assessments and self-paced learning in Captivate
Working closely with other team members to produce a quality end product
Creating assets for the department?s media library
Updating existing material as needed
Meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
A Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
